As evidenced, ALL our kids are getting bigger. Here from the Thanksgiving fireside, family gets together. Traditional oven turkey this year. Deep frying the bird has turned into an expense with the price of peanut oil. How are you doing Ann Hartman? What special things did you prepare for this meal?

More critters from the deep south. Actually I got my eye on that tiedye. Send one of them up this way bro !!

LOL George…. I’d be happy to send it to you. But what address shall I use?
I am sure I cooked lots of great things. We are making a place at the table for you this year 🙂 & your boys too.
I have been working entirely too much (what else is new) & haven’t had time to do a thing I like to do. No painting, sewing, smashing things…. oh wait! I did smash my husband’s head not too long ago. Does that count? lol
Elizabeth goes back to school soon & I haven’t even had a chance to hang out with her, take her to a concert, teach her something. Matty leaves soo & we STILL haven’t had time to fly the kites I bought. Someday doesn’t come soon enough. Love you!!!! Miss you more! Gary has the boat running….. ready to go tubing & eat shrimp sandwiches on the shore?
so you never told me where to send it
where where where
So we decided that traditional for us IS deep frying a turkey. Had too much negative feedback from the year before about NOT having it. Its always lovely weather here during Thanksgiving bcuz the house just inst big enough for everyone to eat inside. We make tables out of sawhorses & scrap wood and use pretty tablecloths to cover it up… 20+ of us eating outside, listening to the birds chirp & dogs bark and the conversations all around the table…. “Pass me the salt, oh this is SO good, my eyes were bigger than my stomach, you out did yourself, where are the marshmallows, anyone want seconds or thirds?” Every day should be given such thanks =)
Still saving that spot at the table for you Geo.
thank you
