I love you….forever……….Entry for February 14, 2007

“Archaeologist unearthed a pair of embracing human skeletons at a construction site in Mantua, northern Italy, on Monday, and they believe the couple, a man and a woman were buried between 5,000 and 6,000 years ago.” (The Star Ledger) Sometimes newspapers surprise me with good news, a great photo or awesome wisdom—-they are not just loaded with bad news.
What is love forever? As many of us enter or leave our many marriages…LOL. I have often wondered. All the songs, quotes, movies and billboards tell us:
Love is a decision, not an emotion or feeling,
that if made from the heart will outlast anything…
Can we ever describe parental love of our own children? As we get older do you get the feeling that God really is watching over us? That maybe he really does love us.It seems to come after each crisis in our life…the things that make us stronger…the things that can only come by livivng life….on lifes terms.
Happy Birthday to little Rebecca…..I almost forgot her birthday because she is so new to us. I forgot to put her on the birthday list. Hope you Ohio folks gave her a great day.
Like a child’s infinite dreams,
is the endlessness of love!
Happy Valentines Day!
